Job Summary:
Tech-savvy Sales Executives who leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and virtual platforms to drive property sales and close deals. Focus on client-centric solutions, digital negotiation, and PropTech integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track client interactions, and forecast sales.
• Conduct property viewings and virtual tours via 3D/VR tools, video conferencing, and AI-enhanced customer engagement tools.
• Utilize real-time market insights and data analytics to tailor sales pitches and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketers to create compelling campaigns and lead-generation strategies; and to align sales strategies with campaigns.
• Advise clients on smart home tech, sustainability features, and investment ROI.
• Generate leads through digital and traditional channels, including CRM systems, social
• media, and real estate platforms.
• Negotiate and close deals with buyers, investors, and corporate clients while ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and real estate developers.
• Stay updated on PropTech innovations, emerging real estate trends, and smart home technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Zoom, real estate software, digital marketing platforms and virtual staging software.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and PropTech tools & trends.
• Data-driven negotiation (including data analytics) and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
• Understanding of market analytics, pricing models, and investment returns.
• Remote working and digital communication skills.
• High School Certification in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
Preferred:
• Certification in real estate (e.g., NAR).
• Experience with AI-driven sales tools.
