JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
As a Sales Executive at Hariss International Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring product availability and visibility, and meeting sales targets. You will represent the company in the market, ensuring adherence to company standards, and working closely with customers, agents, and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement
• Visit all sales points, including shops, stockists, restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, hospitals, bars, and kiosks, ensuring product availability and promotion.
• Achieve a minimum sales target of 85% of the total target; failure to achieve this for three consecutive months may result in termination.
• Identify and secure new customers while building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Educate customers about products, promotions, and selling strategies for slow-moving items.
Market Monitoring and Product Maintenance
• Monitor product availability and display in the market, ensuring no competitor products are displayed in company-owned fridges.
• Maintain the company’s market presence created through promotions and supervision teams, especially for water.
• Address issues related to expired or damaged products in customer outlets and monitor product arrangement at agents' depots.
Promotions and Branding
• Distribute posters in visible areas during route sales and replace those removed.
• Ensure bonuses are given to customers during promotions and report discrepancies.
• Monitor radio and TV adverts, reporting outdated or incorrect advertisements to management.
Reporting and Coordination
• Submit daily reports to the data office and weekly reports to the supervisor.
• Report overcharging, agent mixing of competitor products, or any other irregularities to management.
Company Standards
• Maintain professionalism by dressing appropriately, keeping a neat appearance, and portraying the best company image.
• Use only company-provided communication lines for business purposes.
• Avoid accepting bribes, disclosing company information, or consuming alcohol during working hours.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
Educational Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration (with a Marketing focus) or a related discipline.
Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a busy environment.
