Role Description

This is a full-time role for Sales Executives at ICEA LION Uganda. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of insurance, pensions, or investment products
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
