Sales Executive – ICT Training & Software Solutions at Jolis ICT Academy
Jolis ICT Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to fuel our growth by recruiting students for ICT training programs and marketing our innovative software products and services. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and a knack for persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential students through school visits, digital campaigns, referrals, and community outreach.
- Present Jolis ICT Academy’s training programs with compelling value propositions tailored to different audiences.
- Promote Jolis ICT Academy’s software products and ICT services to individuals, businesses, and institutions.
- Conduct product demos, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries to close sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with quarterly targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales performance metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and tech-driven enterprises.
- Represent Jolis ICT Academy at events, exhibitions, and seminars to build brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns for student recruitment and product promotion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position Jolis ICT Academy as a leader in ICT education and solutions.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Work closely with the academic team to understand course offerings and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Utilize social media platforms and other digital tools to enhance outreach and engagement.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations—experience in tech or education sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of ICT concepts and software solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
