JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To focus on securing large-scale contracts and managing relationships with major corporate accounts (enterprise clients).
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprise clients.
- Complex Sales: Manage complex, long-cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strategic Partnership: Build strategic, high-level relationships with C-level executives and IT directors.
- Solution Development: Work with technical teams to design comprehensive, large-scale IT or telecom solutions that meet enterprise needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for large-value, long-term contracts.
- Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts for the enterprise pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, selling complex IT/telecom solutions to large corporations.
- Demonstrated ability to open doors and sell to large organizations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
