With a strong presence in the market and a reputation for excellence, we are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our team and help customers find the right solutions for their heavy transport needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell new and pre-owned big trucks and commercial vehicles to individual and business clients.
- Identify potential leads through walk-ins, phone inquiries, referrals, and prospecting commercial accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable truck models and configurations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives with prospective buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, pricing, financing options, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or heavy truck industry.
- Solid understanding of commercial vehicles, truck specifications, and fleet requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry
- Experience working with fleet sales or B2B clients.
- Knowledge of financing and leasing options for commercial vehicles.
- Familiarity with vehicle registration and documentation processes.
