Deed Micro Finance limited is located at Kisozi complex, Nakasero, with a branch in Ntinda at Dembe complex. We are a fast rising financial institution. In bid to maximize our 2025 growth strategy, we are seeking to recruit a marketing officer- Business to Business (B2B)
A Marketing Officer at Deed Micro Finance limited is responsible executing marketing strategies to promote the company's financial products and services (loans). The institution is looking for B2B Marketing executives (2) aiming to attract new customers and retain customers while adhering to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics and their needs.
• implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the institution's overall business objectives.
• Achieve marketing goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success.

Product Marketing:
• Create and deliver a compelling product messaging and positioning for new and existing financial products.

• Participate in product sales strategies including, advertising campaigns, and sales activations
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and customization.

Digital Marketing:
• Participate in social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter..
• Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, products, and regulations.
• Proven experience in traditional and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and measure marketing effectiveness.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills to execute marketing plans effectively
