About the job

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

You will be the point of contact between Waape and our prospects or clients and you will have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our services.

If you are a dedicated Sales driver that has developed and grown significant sales pipelines in your previous roles, we are looking for you!

Roles & Responsibilities;

  • Generating leads from relevant platforms using relevant various tools ie cold emailing, sales navigator, sales events & more.
  • Reaching out to identified leads through targeted reach outs and setting up Sales meetings
  • Selling business services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Maintaining Positive business relationships to ensure future Sales.
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, and track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements;

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative/ Executive.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, Sales Navigator, & Sales Pipelines and practices along with the ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack, Google suite, Google calendar, & Notion.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in Sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and a positive attitude to receiving feedback
  • Proven experience doing Sales in a Startup scene is a plus.
  • Should be open to a commission-based payment for incentive
