Job Summary
Identify potential clients through online searches, networking events, cold calling, and referrals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing tent rental services. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service. Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing. Develop a comprehensive understanding of tent products, prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and aim to meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels like online searches, networking events, cold calling, and referrals.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits of the tent rental services, highlighting key features and value propositions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring repeat business.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, effectively managing the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the different types of tents available, their features, and suitability for various events.
• Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposals for clients, outlining costs, terms, and other relevant details.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the company.
Qualifications:
• Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the event or hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
• Product Knowledge: A basic understanding of tent structures and their applications.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
