JOB TITLE. INSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Description

The insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new sales leads, meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate insurance products. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. You will work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Understanding of insurance products and industry
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
