Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
● Actively prospect for new clients through cold calls, scheduled visits, referrals, and networking opportunities.
● Conduct regular field visits to present the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
● Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
● Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets within the specified timelines.
Client Relationship Management:
● Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring timely follow-up and continuous engagement.
● Provide excellent post-sale service to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
● Address client queries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Administrative & Documentation:
● Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements.
● Handle prequalification documentation and submissions for tenders and RFQs.
● Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
● Generate periodic sales reports and updates for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales, preferably with fieldwork exposure.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and client meetings.
● A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for sales are essential.
● A transportation allowance may be provided to support field operations.
