JOB DETAILS:
We’re looking for confident, self-motivated, and resourceful Sales Executives to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals for our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new business leads through calls, visits, online platforms, and networking.
- Pitch services to businesses, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
- Customise proposals and follow up on leads to close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and up-sell additional services.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare activity reports and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide input into marketing campaigns based on client feedback and market trends.
- Represent us at events, expos, or virtual platforms as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (preferably in marketing, advertising, or creative services).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Passion for digital marketing and business growth.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, email marketing, or CRM tools is an added advantage.
