JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and requirements.
· To act as a single point of contact for sales coordination between supply and customers

 

 

· Establishes and adjust selling prices by monitoring competition, currency exchange rate, supply and demand and economic indicators
· Generate timely sales report and pass to Group finance manager
· Continuous improvement in Sales volume and margins
· Continuously engage in supply planning
• Generate timely daily sales and stocks report
· Ensure depot stock losses are within the limits
· To ensure that sales and collections activities are conducted as per the set goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on payment from customers within as per company policy.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms, and conditions for both the company and the client.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
• Responsible for proper customer product stock levels to ensure that products are available for loading.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel as needed
