Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive responsible for
Preparation of action regional sales plan and strategies to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the expansion of the business.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare individual sales action plans in line with overall sales strategy to ensure and drive company development goals in your territory and large.
- Materialize current sales opportunities and identify new ones to meet required revenue targets within defined area of responsibility.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify and share best practices with the team.
- Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship on both B2B and B2C.
- Handle customer queries,concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor market trend, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate trade shows within all territories.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product and services.
- Operates to the highest standards of ethics in accordance with the Pionia Fertlizers Code of Integrity.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance,market conditions, and customer feedback to your Contract Manager and affiliates.
- Expand the company's market share in the assigned territories.
- Adhere operating, reporting and data maintenance in the CRM systems time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, agriculture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the sales field with successful track record from other big related players.
- Business Planning and Budgeting skills.
- Experience in Account Management and Sales.
- Team Management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Business and profit minded.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and non-corporate clients.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English, local language.
- Skilled in Windows based software, e.i. MS Word,Excel, Access, CRM, MRP and ERP.
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry is a plus.
- Discipline and social.
