Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role at Every Solution LTD. The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and generating new leads. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. This is a hybrid role, based in Kampala with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of IT products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
