JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview
Drive growth and market leads of Insulated panels and Cold Room Solutions as a business, accelerate their penetration in order to achieve maximum levels of volume, revenue, yield and profit.

Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with cross functional teams and partners to actualise new value addition propositions and products for customers within Uganda, both manufactured and traded.
• Increase revenue and contributions from Solution Sales

• Drive and realize sales targets as per business requirements

• Explore and develop new business opportunity across multiple segments for application of prefab insulated panels & Cold room solutions within Uganda.
• Liaison with relevant industry specific professional association, corporations, cooperatives government agencies to leverage potential Pre-fab Insulated panels & cold chain development solutions in line with reporting manager.

• Ensure timely and accurate reports as required by the reporting manager.
• Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory.

• Identify gaps in current portfolio of solutions and traded items offering within Uganda.

• Proactively identify, engage in and assist in strategic solution sales based on targeted products and training of sales staff and customers.
• Build go to market strategy for Building Solutions (traded and manufactured accessories)

Working conditions
• Working environment requires that the holder to wear PPEs for safety reasons.
• Office bound / on-site / travel/ May be required to travel

• The company may choose to relocate to holder to branches or other sister offices as and when needed
• Willing to work extended hours to accomplish job roles

Qualifications required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a Sales & Marketing experience.
• MBA (Sales & Marketing) is an added advantage
• A minimum 5 Years in a busy working environment, with a good understanding of manufacturing, building and construction setting.
• Previous experience selling air conditioning, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems is an added advantage
