Description
Roofings Group is the leading manufacturer of quality steel and plastic building products in East Africa. We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, technically experienced, and competent persons, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (30) years leading steel manufacture

Responsibilities
• Develop relationship with influencer communities of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Civil/Structural Engineers, Contracting Community and Key End-users (like Govt. Agencies, Foreign Investors, Export entities/ clients etc)
• Develop a Certified Influencer Pool (like Dealers, Contractors, Architects, QS, Civil/Structural engineers etc through whom Roofings Group products can be marketed and sold.
• Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain Roofings Group products or services to customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
• Develop and manage new building solutions sales within existing and new channels ensuring delivery of monthly volume targets for the steel building solutions.
• Help customers by recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
• Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly report on project pipeline/inquiry status/won order/lost orders analysis etc.
• Any other duty as may be assigned.

Qualifications
• At least a bachelor’s degree in civil/ Architectural/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering · Experience in sales and marketing
• 3 years relevant working experience in project sales of industrial products/solutions, Structural Steel, Roofing & allied building component. · Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers. · Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
