JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Sales Engineer is responsible for the successful drive of Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Order Book, Customer Service etc, solutions like Cold Room, PUF/sandwich Panels etc, company intends to offer by identifying and managing existing customer accounts and opening of new customers/ markets as per company requirements.

Specific Skills
• product specifying experience with ARCHITECTS/CIVIL or STRUCTURAL Engineering Firms/Professional Engineers Community etc.
• Hands on experience in engineering drawing software’s like AUTOCAD/ARCHICAD/TEKLA etc (2D/3D)
• Sales from Industrial Products like HVAC/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning/Cooling equipment/Industrial Gases/Coolants/Insulations/Warehousing Solutions/ specialized paint/Specialized Chemicals etc.
• Responsible For
• Proactively identify, engage in and drive sale/business development based on targeted customers.
• Able to read & understand the commercial contracts & terms stated in the RFQ/tender.
• Develop and manage new solutions sales within existing and new channels.
• Ensuring delivery of monthly volume targets for the steel building solutions.
• Tracking of enquiry, conversion to orders and ensure monthly billing to the customers which meets the monthly/quarterly/yearly budget.
• Follow up with internal stake holders to ensure orders are processed in an effectively/timely manner.
• Timely remittance from the market as per the payment terms & contract agreement.
• Prepare weekly/monthly report on project pipeline/inquiry status/won order/lost orders analysis.
• Develop relationship with the influencer community of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Civil/Structural Engineers, Contracting Community and Key End-users (like Govt. Agencies, Semi Govt, Pvt Organizations, Pvt Customers, Foreign Investors, Export entities/clients etc).
• Liaise with cross functional teams and partners to develop new propositions for targeted customers.
• Development of Certified Influencers Pool (like Dealers, Contractors, Architects, QS, Civil/Structural eng etc.

Educational Requirements
• Full time engineering Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Architecture.
• Year/s of Experience
• Minimum 3-4 years of Sales/Customer Service Experience & recommendation letters
