JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote all company paint products to new and existing clients
• Visit hardware shops, construction sites, and distributors to generate sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Soft Skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented

Education & Requirements

Education: Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or any business-related field

Experience: 2 years

Industry Experience: Paint Manufacturing

Additional Details

• Familiarity with local markets and ability to understand distribution routes.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage.
