POSITION DETAILS
Job Purpose
  • Drive sales growth through seamless customer journey management at the yard and across all touch-points.
  • Enhance customer experience by guiding walk-in clients through the Eezy Cars process.
  • Support brand visibility through on-ground activations, social media content creation, and engagement.
  • Convert leads from digital platforms, walk-ins, and campaigns into measurable sales.
  • Align the customer journey with the overall Eezy Cars marketing and sales strategy.

Main Responsibilities of the Job
  • Manage customer experience at the Eezy Cars yard by engaging walk-in clients and providing product knowledge to influence purchase decisions.
  • Guide customers through the Tracknav SMC process (valuation, registration, tracking, sales, etc.), ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Execute marketing activations on-ground in Uganda to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Assist in social media management – content creation (posts, videos, reels), community engagement, and timely response to inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Kenya marketing team to localize campaigns for the Ugandan market.
  • Track and manage leads from all touch-points (yard, calls, social media, website, campaigns), ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Support brand awareness initiatives by creating and distributing relevant marketing collateral.
  • Provide feedback on customer sentiment and market trends to improve strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across activations, social media, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Carry out any other duty as directed by the supervisor.
 
Minimum Experience Required
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in social media management and customer service.
  • Exposure to brand activations or marketing campaigns is an added advantage.
 
Minimum Academic and Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Background in the Automotive industry is preferred.
Technical Competencies Required
  • Sales & customer relationship management.
  • Social media management (content creation & community management).
  • Creative writing and basic content production (photo/video).
  • Basic project management.
  • Strong presentation and pitching skills.
  • MS Office & intermediate Excel skills.
