Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate capital, credit, or financing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase financial products.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and financing agreements to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on market trends, financial regulations, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions.
- Track and report sales activities and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in finance, banking, or credit services.
- Strong understanding of financial products, such as loans, credit lines, or investment options.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of capital markets, lending processes, or credit risk assessment.
- Experience with B2B or B2C financial sales.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the finance industry.
