We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our real estate team. The Sales Consultant will drive property sales and leasing by identifying client needs, showcasing properties, and closing deals to meet sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties (residential, commercial, or investment).
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and presentations to showcase listings.
- Negotiate sales contracts, leases, and terms to achieve favourable outcomes for clients and the company.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale or lease.
- Track and report sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or related fields.
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one within [specify timeframe]).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and property management practices.
- Experience with digital marketing or social media for lead generation.
- Familiarity with property leasing processes and landlord-tenant regulations
