Duties and Responsibilities

Summary: Sell company products and enhance brand visibility in the market.

• Coordinate and plan client presentations for bid submissions.
• Assist customers in selecting products.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Execute field sales activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Guide customers by escorting them to product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain sales documentation by updating customer profiles.
• Handle financial transactions.
• Process payments (cash, checks, credit/debit cards).
• Report potential security concerns to management.
• Support inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Inform clients about sales and upcoming merchandise of interest.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Business-related Degree
• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG
