BRENTEC is seeking to recruit Sales Associates to join its versatile and a flexible veterinary sales team with the desire to change the Ugandan veterinary pharmaceutical sales eco-system. The ideal candidates will be trained and given an understanding about the company’s products and services, as well as on-boarding new clients in multiple jurisdictions in East Africa.

Responsibilities

· Profitably develop BRENTEC’s business in the assigned area of jurisdiction.

· Actively participating in the planning and strategy implementation to grow the company products’ market share, sales and profitability.

· Meeting agreed targets.

· Resolving and attending to customer complaints and any other duties as requested by the management.

Qualifications

· Self-motivated and passionate about sales, marketing and relationship building.

· Flexibility to work at any location assigned by the company.

· Experience in marketing and sales of animal health products or related activities.

· Demonstrated good interpersonal, selling, marketing and persuasion skills.

· Computer proficiency including Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Adobe photoshop.

· A clean driving and valid permit.

Education requirement

A diploma in animal production, veterinary medicine or related field from a recognized institution.
