Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The day-to-day tasks for this role include developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and providing training to new sales representatives. The role also involves monitoring sales performance through KPIs, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to enhance marketing efforts.

• Experience in Training sales teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
