About the company:

Belle Beauty Uganda is an e-commerce platform that offers on-demand beauty services at the convenience of the client. These services include hair, make up and nail care services.

Job Description:

  • As a Sales representative for our organization, you will play an integral role in marketing the belle beauty brand to both customers and service providers and drive utilization for the Belle Beauty platform in addition to the below:
  • Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing, or scheduling meetings in person.
  • Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact, and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Belle Beauty platform specifications to answer specific customer questions.
  • Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers.
  • Give customers in-person product demonstrations and teach them about the features and benefits of the Belle Beauty platform.
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals, and obstacles.
  • Become a valuable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers and create a friendly reputation in the industry.
  • Follow through completion on all sale leads identified and make sure they are successfully boarded onto the platform.
  • Strategize how to translate social media numbers into sign-ups on the platform.
  • Any other duties as asked by the CEO

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Sales Targets

  • App download and WebApp sign-up: Start with 30; a 50% Month on Month increase thereafter
  • Customer sign-up: Start with 30; a 50% Month on Month increase thereafter.
  • Service Provider sign-up: Start with 20; a 50% Month on Month increase thereafter

Lead Conversion rate:

  • 50% conversion rate from monthly sale leads done every month.

Social Media Conversion rate:

  • 50% of social media followers should have accounts with Belle beauty.
  • 35 % weekly increase of social media following on all social media platforms.

Client Acquisition rate (the rate at which sales turn into revenue):

  • 50% month-on-month increase in revenue from sales made.
  • 50% Month on month increase in the utilization of the platform/belle beauty services

Cross Sell Rate:

  • Sell other products of Belle beauty like the ceremonial mobile beauty bar and the Bridal services
  • Identify opportunities to promote belle beauty brand

Service Provider training:

  • Successfully organize the monthly service provider training which is to be done on the 28th of every month.
  • Successfully have the service provider accounts activated before the first day of the next month whilst ensuring that the necessary prerequisites have been met.
  • Maintain an organized service provider database.
  • Share weekly reports with the CEO on how each portfolio is operating.
  • Ensure that all accounts due are collected by the 30th of every month.
