Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Personnel to drive business growth, promote our products and services, identify new market opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Product Promotion: Promote the company's products and services through various channels.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress.

Requirements:

Education:

• High School Diploma
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and marketing experience
• Digital marketing skills (social media, email marketing)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
