Unique Management Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in our consultancy services, specifically in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and HR support

Job Description/Requirements

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in the accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and HR support consultancy sectors.

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their consultancy needs in financial and HR support services, and providing tailored solutions.

* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

* Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

2  . Marketing Strategy and Execution:

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns specifically aimed at promoting accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and HR support consultancy services.

* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the financial and HR consultancy sectors.

* Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts related to our consultancy services.

* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

* Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

* Maintain a customer database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

* Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

* Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve consultancy services and customer experience.

* Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

* Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and results.

* Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

* Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making
