Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales, distribution (Width and Depth). Product visibility A Display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources A infrastructure at the area level within the values and parameters set by the Company Is responsible for acquiring new corporate customers by market research and Identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, promoting and launching products.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Post-Graduate or MBA degree in Marketing or Sales Management
- Eight years of experience in handling the sales in a FMCG company.
- Bakery product and industry knowledge
- Business Acumen.
- Customer centric attitude.
- Good managerial skills to effectively co-ordinate with staff and departments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and build a high performing sales team.
- Ability to reconcile stocks and provide daily reports.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Experience or ability to use ERP software
