Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong sales background to lead and develop our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and target market. Ensure the sales plan drives revenue and market share growth.
- Take an active role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the sales strategy and drive demand generation.
- Ensure the company’s brand identity is consistently represented across all marketing and sales materials. Work to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction to drive customer loyalty.
- Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Atleast 3 years of proven sales experience,
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating business growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
