Job Purpose
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading strategies to drive business growth, enhance market presence, and achieve customer acquisition targets. Your work will be critical in building brand awareness, expanding the customer base, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing Strategy Development
• Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Conduct market analysis, and identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Set sales targets aligned with company objectives.

Lead Conversion
• Manage lead conversion and ensure potential clients are nurtured into customers.
• Implement best practices for lead management and tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and conversion.

Brand Management
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Manage public relations to enhance visibility.
• Oversee the creation of promotional content (ads, brochures, social media).

Customer Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer feedback to improve products and services.

Sales and Marketing Performance Monitoring
• Track and analyze key performance metrics for sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
• Use data and insights to refine strategies for better outcomes.

Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Master’s degree in Marketing or CIMS (added advantage)
• 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or industries involving B2B and B2C customer engagement would be highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Commitment to ethical, sustainable business approaches
• Ability to work independently and in teams
