About us:

Kwa wanawake is a European company that started its operations in Uganda in 2014 by operating Lauma Lingerie franchise stores. Since 2018 we started also importing and distributing Placent Activ hair growth products in Uganda. Placent Activ hair growth products are manufactured in Italy and are sold in pharmacies and supermarkets in Uganda. We are also selling Placent Activ products directly to the clients online.

Tasks:

• maintaining customer relationships with existing Placent Activ re-sellers
• increasing the sales in Placent Activ re-seller selling points
• reaching out to and converting new re-sellers for Placent Activ hair growth products
• co-ordinating motivation events and other motivational initiatives for Placent Activ re-sellers
• carrying out direct sales to Placent Activ product users over phone and WhatsApp
• creating social media content for Placent Activ and Lauma Lingerie brands
• planning and carrying out marketing activities for Placent Activ and Lauma Lingerie brands
• supporting Lauma Lingerie with in-store sales work when required

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• well organized and able to work independently
• basic digital literacy and computer skills
• excellent written and spoken English and Luganda
• social media content creation skills are an added bonus
• marketing and event planning experience is an added bonus
