JOB DETAILS:

Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Department: Business Development
Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing / Managing Director

Core Purpose:

To drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities, promoting EdgePress digital solutions, and cultivating long-term client relationships through strategic marketing and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Identify potential clients and markets for web development, hosting, SEO, and digital transformation services.
  • Prepare and deliver customized pitches and proposals to corporate and SME clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, onboarding support, and after-sales service.
  • Gather feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated client database using CRM tools.

3. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and Google Ads to generate leads.
  • Coordinate with the design and tech teams to produce engaging content (videos, blogs, graphics, etc.).
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological shifts in web and IT services.
  • Identify gaps in the market and recommend new products, services, or improvements.

5. Product Knowledge & Demonstration

  • Maintain a deep understanding of EdgePress offerings including hosting plans, CMS solutions, eCommerce platforms, and digital branding.
  • Provide product demos and consultative selling to prospects, helping them choose suitable solutions.

6. Events & Promotions

  • Represent EdgePress at expos, conferences, tech summits, and community outreach programs.
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and webinars.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, contracts, and progress using tools like Google Workspace, CRM software, or Monday.com.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong digital literacy and understanding of tech products
  • Ability to close deals and manage sales pipelines
  • Creativity in crafting marketing content and strategies
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite

Required Qualifications
