About Us:
Casa Ceramica ltd was established in Uganda since 2015, headquartered in Kampala plot 78-84, 6th street industrial area Kampala (ABC Group Uganda).
The company deals in various products like tiles, sanitary wares, bathroom fittings and accessories, Germany Kitchens and others

Experience and Other requirements:
* Computer literate, able to use of Microsoft office Applications (MS Excel, MS Word)
* Professionalism, Integrity, team spirit
* Good communication skills
* Objective and independent
* Problem solving skills
* Confidence, patience, politeness when dealing with difficult situations
* Class A Driving License
* Knowledge in construction
* 2+ years of experience in the related field

Qualifications:
* Degree/Diploma in related field

RESPONSIBILITEIES:
* Should work on project mapping for different locations to architects, builders, contractors, consultants and government organizations like national housing finance
* Collecting all architects, builders, contractors, consultants and government organization data (name, number and location)
* Maintain good relationship with architects, builders, contractors, consultants and government organizations
* Looking out for the current and upcoming projects in the field.
* Making quotations to different architects, builders, contractors, consultants and government organizations with approval of the directors
* Following up customers to get their feedback to improve on the sales
* Maintaining a good relationship with all customers to make them feel comfortable and motivate them to buy more
* Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
* Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and,
* Managing the sales process from meeting customers to negotiation and closure of the sale of kitchens to clients.
* Ensuring high sales conversions.
* Preparing and submitting techno-commercial offer best suited to customer needs and within company interests.
* Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
* Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
* Ensure sale closure, invoicing and payment receipts
* Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
* Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
* Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements
* Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
