Job Summary:  The Sales Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Ssentozo’s reach across Uganda.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential MFI clients.
  • Developing strong relationships with MFI decision-makers.
  • Creating compelling presentations that showcase Ssentozo’s value proposition.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support to MFI partners.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A strong understanding of the Ugandan microfinance landscape.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FinTech industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in  Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
