Job Summary: The Sales Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Ssentozo’s reach across Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying potential MFI clients.
- Developing strong relationships with MFI decision-makers.
- Creating compelling presentations that showcase Ssentozo’s value proposition.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support to MFI partners.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A strong understanding of the Ugandan microfinance landscape.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FinTech industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients.
- A results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
