Sale agronomists to join our team.

Are you passionate about agriculture and driven to help farmers? Achieve their dreams in farming. We are seeking a motivated Sales agronomists to join our team at 4 pillar action initiative (UG) Ltd, a leader in quality agro input and framing solutions.
If you have an expert in crop production, protection , building relationships and a desire to drive sales, we want to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities.

1.⁠ ⁠Provide expert agronomic advice to customer(s) on seeds, fertilizer, crop protection and partnership.
2.⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agricultural clients to meet their need.
3.⁠ ⁠Drive sales by identifying opportunities, market targets , innovation and solutions.
4.⁠ ⁠Conduct field scouting, troubleshooting and planning solutions.
5.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the team to organize field days demonstration and training sessions.

Requirements.

1.⁠ ⁠Certificate or diploma in agriculture. Degree is an added advantage.
2.⁠ ⁠Experience in extension services and sales.
3.⁠ ⁠At least a year with experience.
4.⁠ ⁠Age should be at 21 but not more than 35 year of age by the time of application.
5.⁠ ⁠Must be fluent in Luganda, English and or may be others.
6.⁠ ⁠Passionate about sales with experience in agriculture and related industry.
