Job Summary
The responsibilities include educating customers and retailers about Kanyes products through demonstrations and promotional materials, identifying and engaging potential customers, processing orders, and achieving sales targets. Monitor customer feedback and competitor activity, maintain sales records, and provide after-sales service to ensure satisfaction. Represent the brand professionally, coordinate with other teams for promotions and payments, and support business expansion by identifying new sales outlets and launching new products.

Job Description/Requirements
Roles of Sales Agents for Kanyes Brand
1. Product Promotion and Demonstration
- Educate potential customers and retailers about the benefits of Kanyes products (goat milk, lotion, soap, organic fertilizer).
- Conduct product demonstrations to show usage, effectiveness, and unique selling points, especially during community outreach, markets, or events.
- Distribute product brochures, samples, and marketing materials to attract interest.
2. Customer Identification and Engagement
- Identify and approach potential customers including: Retailers and wholesalers, Pharmacies and supermarkets, Mothers, people with sensitive skin, and health-conscious individuals
- Build trust and relationships with customers to promote repeat purchases.
3. Order Acquisition and Processing
- Take and process orders from customers or outlets.
- Ensure proper documentation of each sale (order forms, delivery notes, receipts).
- Coordinate with the logistics or delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment.
4. Sales Target Achievement
- Work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the farm.
- Identify high-performing outlets or regions and focus efforts to increase volume.
- Conclude business deals with clients
- Suggest bundle offers or discounts where necessary to boost sales.
5. Market and Competitor Intelligence
- Monitor and report customer feedback about product performance and packaging.
- Gather information on competitor products (pricing, promotions, customer preferences).
- Suggest improvements to the marketing or product development team based on field feedback.
6. Record Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of: Daily sales activities, Stock distributed vs. sold, Customer contacts and follow-ups
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Supervisor or Managing Director.
7. After-Sales Service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products.
- Handle any basic complaints and forward complex issues to the customer service or production team.
- Encourage repeat sales and build customer loyalty.
8. Brand Representation
- Represent Kanyes professionally in all customer interactions.
- Wear branded attire during field activities or events.
- Uphold the values and image of the Kanyes brand (health-conscious, organic, and community-focused).
9. Coordination with Other Teams
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales with promotions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to verify payments and clear credit sales.
- Give feedback to Production about stock levels, popular products, and demand trends.
10. Support Business Expansion
- Identify and recommend potential new sales outlets (e.g., pharmacies, agro shops, spas, health food stores).
- Help onboard and train new retail partners on Kanyes products.
- Assist in launching new products into existing markets.
