JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To drive revenue growth by actively seeking new customers, promoting Masaka Farms' products, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new customers (e.g., retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, individuals) for the farm's products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to current and potential clients.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on product demand and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, markets, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG sector.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient.
