SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION
Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI) has boarded | off its Assets, which include office Items; Generator, Office Furniture, Motorcycles, and Motor Vehicles, by way of Public Auction, on, As Is, where Is Basis. This is therefore to notify the General Public that we shall carry out a Public Auction of the same, on the 19 day of October, 2024 and that, Neither the Auctioneer nor The Disposing Entity; Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI), After the Auction, shall Have Further Liability of the items sold. TERMS OF AUCTION shall be in accordance with the PPDA Act 2003(order 2021), as Amended. The Sale shall be determined by the fall of the harmer, for the Highest Bidder, who is above the reserve Value. The declared Highest Bidder by the Auctioneers, shall immediately pay full contract price or pay within one working day, from the date of the
Public Auction, to Pride Microfinance Limited ACCOUNT, Failure of which, the item may revert to the second Highest Bidder if, his/her bid price is above the reserve price.

1. VIEWING TIME: Strictly from 9:00am to 4:00pm, on working days, from 4th /10/2024 to 18/10/2024. Note, viewing and other details regarding the Auction, shall strictly be done and obtained through the Auctioneer and not the Disposing Entity.

2. TIME OF AUCTION; Auction shall be carried out on the 19 October 2024, at 9:30Am, at PRIDE MICROFINANCE Head Office, Kamwokya.

3. The Auction shall be carried out by BAILIFF MASTERS LTD.
