Job Summary:
The Risk, Recovery Tracking Administrator will supervise a team of recovery and tracking officers in line with the company policies, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Employee’s duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:
• Conduct detailed risk assessments, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business.
• Develop and implement policies and contingency plans to reduce and control risks and liabilities.
• Prepare and present risk assessment reports.
• Review loan documents and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure proper and efficient loan recovery.
• Generate, review and maintain loan disbursement reports and provide monthly reports on the same, in accordance with the credit policy and guidelines.
• Ensure all lending Documentation is complete as per the Company Policy and Procedures.
• Identify non-performing loans and proactively follow up to ensure appropriate action is taken in line with credit policy.
• Monitor all irregularities, past dues, documentation deficiencies, etc., and report to the Branch Manager.
• Conducting spot checks on the recovery team
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
• Monitor and evaluate staff’s performance, and provide relevant guidance, coaching and training ensuring high lperfromance levels line with the company and departmental guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and specifications:
• Must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Microfinance or any related field
• Applicant must have at least two (2) years working experience in micro credit environment or a similar role
• Must possess excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to function under pressure.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have high levels of personal and professional integrity
• Must be able and willing to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid riding license with Class A
