JOB DETAILS:
A Christian-based organisation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant
Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant, which serves both sit-in and delivery
customers. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about hospitality, service
excellence, and upholding Christian values in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for both dine-in and delivery services.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff in line with our values of integrity, teamwork, and
service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer care.
- Manage stock, supplier relations, and operational budgets.
- Monitor sales, prepare performance reports, and drive growth.
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant best practices.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and Christian values.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
