Job Summary: Response Services Manager leads and manages the response services team to ensure prompt, efficient, and professional security responses to emergencies. This role requires strong leadership, problem-soling abates, and oversight of security operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize client satisfaction, and align with business objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the security response team effectively.
- Rapid Response: Ensure timely and effective emergency response deployment
- Operations Management: Oversee security operations, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Business Continuity: Develop and review emergency response plans for preparedness.
- Incident Command: Lead derision-mating and coordination during security incidents.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Training & Performance: Ensure continuous training and performance evaluation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field
- Certifications: Relevant security certifications, incident management, and first aid
- Must be below 45 years of age.
Experience & Person Specifications
- Minimum of (3) years of experience in security or emergency response. with at least (1) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in managing a security team in a fast-paced, emergency environment
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to lead and manage a security response team, ensuring operational effectiveness.
- Ability to make quick informed decisions during high-pressure security incidents.
- Ability to coordinate and execute security operations while ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Ability to build and maintain strong dent relationships. ensuring satisfaction and trust
- Ability to develop and implement effective emergency response and business continuity plans.
- Ability to assess risks and solve problems, mitigating security threats during operations.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of financial and operational assets.
- Ability to delver training and development programs, enhancing team skills through this and evaluations.
