Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and confirm guest reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally
• Coordinate with the team to manage bookings and sealing
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
