JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Reservations, Sales, and Marketing Executive to oversee guest reservations and drive sales performance across a collection of three mid-range lodges. The ideal candidate will combine excellent customer service skills with strong commercial awareness and digital marketing acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage all lodge reservations efficiently, ensuring prompt and professional communication with guests, agents, and partners.

-Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective sales strategies, yield management, and conversion of inquiries to confirmed bookings.

-Coordinate and maintain online listings, marketing content, and digital campaigns to promote the lodges and seasonal offers.

-Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agents, and corporate clients to grow market reach.

-Monitor and analyze sales performance, booking trends, and guest feedback to inform management decisions.

-Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and marketing materials.

-Support management in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for both domestic and regional markets.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality or travel sector.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in booking systems, CRM tools, and social media platforms.

Detail-oriented, sales-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
