- RESERVATIONS / FRONT OFFICE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms Greet and assist guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest preferences
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure readiness
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently
Maintain front office area cleanliness and organization
Uphold company standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in reservations or front office administration preferred (2+ years)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
