Role Overview
As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling bookings, inquiries, and providing outstanding service to ensure a seamless reservation process. Your attention to detail and hospitality skills will contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Respond promptly to booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences in the PMS.
- Assist in upselling room categories and promoting hotel amenities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any booking-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years in hotel reservations or front office operations.
- Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and guest-focused.
