Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
The Research and Learning Associate at will support the Research and Learning Manager in
executing research projects and initiatives. This role involves working closely with the
Technology Services
team to develop and utilize platforms that enhance data collection, analysis, and knowledge dissemination.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for research, data analysis, and continuous
learning.

Responsibilities
Research Support
• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of research projects that align with the strategic
objectives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data using advanced research methodologies and tools.
• Conduct literature reviews, case studies, and other research activities to support project goals.

• Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external
stakeholders.
Collaboration with Technology Services
• Work with the Technology Services team to implement and optimize platforms for efficient data
collection and deeper data analysis.
• Support the integration of technology into research processes to improve the speed and quality of
information processing.
• Assist in developing and testing new technological tools and methodologies for research purposes.
Knowledge Management
• Contribute to the creation and management of knowledge products, including reports,
presentations, and other research outputs.
• Assist in disseminating research findings to clients and stakeholders through various channels.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of
research practices within the organization.
Client Interaction
• Support client engagements by preparing research materials, attending meetings, and responding
to client inquiries.
• Assist in tailoring research findings and recommendations to meet specific client needs.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with research services.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Research, Data Science, Economics, or a related
discipline.
• 4- 7 years of experience in a research, data analysis, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with research methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with data collection and analysis platforms, as well as technological tools used in
research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python).
