Request for proposals for the provision of Catering Services
Centenary Bank is a leading Commercial Microfinance Bank serving over a third of the banking population with services that can be accessed across 80 branches, 207 ATMs, over 7,491 CenteAgents, and other digital platforms. The bank therefore intends to contract a service provider for the provision of catering services for its staff at Mapeera House building.

Background
Through its in-house cafeteria in the Mapeera House building, the Bank offers meals and beverages to all employees at a subsidized rate to support their welfare and the uninterrupted execution of job responsibilities. The Bank is seeking to contract a capable and experienced hotel or catering services provider to render catering services.

Overview of the assignment
This document is intended to invite proposals from hotel or catering services companies for the provision of catering services to Centenary bank staff at the canteen located at Mapeera House building.

A complete set of Proposal documents in English can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/= (One hundred thousand Uganda shillings only) payable to the Bank's Corporate Services Division located on 7th Floor Mapeera House Building. A bid security of UGX 50,000,000/= (Fifty million Uganda Shillings only) will be required from interested bidders and is refundable after 120 days from the date of this advert.

Clearly labeled and sealed bids marked "Request for Proposals for the provision of catering services" should be delivered to the Corporate Service Division (Procurement Unit) to the address below on or by Wednesday 5th June 2024 by 10:30am. Thereafter, there will be an internal Bid opening on the same day at 11:00am at Mapeera House Building 7 Floor.
