East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd, an Oil and Gas company, invites experienced and reputable companies or organizations to express their interest in provision of Graphic Design Services for the East African Crude Ol Pipeline (EACOP)
The EACOP project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale in Hoima District, Uganda to Chongoleani, Tanga Region, in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 296 km will be in Uganda. In Uganda the pipeline will traverse ten (10) districts comprising Hoimo, Kikuube, Kakumiro, Kyonkwanzi, Mubende, Gomba, Sembobule, Iwengo, Rakai, and Kyotera

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:
East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd, invites experienced and reputable service providers to express their interest in providing the following services in Uganda.
• Creative strategy and direction.
• Provision of graphic design services.
• Corporate Communications Templates.
• Branded communications collateral
• Design work for any special events to which the project is a partner of no additional cost

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Companies and/or organizations expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
• Brief description of experience, expertise, and capacity to deliver the required scope of services. Organisation profile detailing services provided, proof of performance, with reference letters from previous clients.
• Legal entity documentation including a certificate of incorporation, registration, and a valid trading license Key qualified and experienced personnel with the capacity to deliver the required services.
• Financial capacity to deliver the services, including submission of audited financial accounts for the last three years.
• Proof of valid registration to the National Supplier Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority in Uganda.
• Proof of registration with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year available.
• Proof of registration with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
• Evidence of Health, Safety, Security, Social, and Environmental Monogement including compliance with regulations (Workplace registration with the Ministry of Gender, labor and Social Development risk management, and competence and training of workers.
• Proof of Anti-corruption, Anti-bribery, Compliance and Human Rights policies.

Companies that have the ability, capacity, and resources to implement the activities listed above should express their interest by sending together the support documents stated in the above section through an email to procurement.ug@eacop.com, max. email size 20Mb) on or before 16:00 hours East African Time (EAT) on or before 10th September
2024.

Statements of EOI should be no more than ten (10) to twenty (20) pages long. All Expressions of Interests should be submitted in English Language.

Note: The EACOP project will review and assess the documents provided by the interested companies to derive a list of prequalified companies. Only prequalified companies will receive, subject to signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), an
invitation to submit bids in furtherance of the call for tender process.
