East African Crude Oil Pipeline EACOP ITD TACOPID") experienced and reputable companies to express that Intel In providing Driving School Services under the EACOP Acadamy Training Program.
The EACCP Project was the construction and operation of an underground and cross-border pipeline to harport crude oil for export to Indland market. The pipeline will run from Kabode, Hoima Dand in Uganda to the Chongalapanalo in langa Tanzania. The length of the pipolines 1,443 km, of which 1,14/im will be in Taranta and 296 km will be in Uganda

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF SERVICES
EACOP under the Academy rating program aims of powering Ugandan youths to work as part of the future EACOP Operations The Academy has selected up to 31 Ugandans to take part in this program. One of the Academy requirements for festo possess a valid driver's canso since they will be required to de vahides during the rating program, and during the coming and operations partod of the TACOP Project
EACOP is therefore seeking for a qualified and cented driving school to provide des traning services to the EACOP trainees who will be based in the Academic Training Contor at LPIK. The main objective of the driving training will be.
To deliver a learner's diving course to estimated 31 FACOP students
Conduct refresher devoraning for 31 EACOP students To qualify and have 31 student hued with valid Ugandan

The driving trotning davery will be taking place at Uganda Patrolum Kigumba, batwon Apr 2025 and July 2025. Upon completion of the above training shor training for the 31 audents covering Delos Dvig chniques close to Rua Dunder the TACOP Project. This will take place between Augus 2005 to October 2005. The course outcome must not only aim to obtain diving license, but do to teach the students to follow road rules and regulations, to drive devy, to main the right tude, and to clading cheques.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Companies or organizations expressing their interest are invited to document their request with
• Certificate of Incorporation and a valid trading license Experiance, performance, and capacity in delivering the Scope of Services outlined above at a large scale in Uganda, with at least 10 years' exportance/performance of sinflar services Internationally in compliance with national and Intamatonal standards including International Finance Corporation's Performance Standards C
• Proof of key personnel to be involved in the provision of Services including personal certficutors as necessary and level of qualifications, and experience and capacity to deliver the sequed services in a major capital of and gas projects
• Proof of regration with the Uganda Revenue Authority and Tax Clearance Certificate for the lone year available. Audited Financial Statements for the lad Broo yours
• Proof of registration on the National Suppliers Database with he Purcum Authority of Uganda.
• A set of compliance with the Ugandan National Content Regulations, 2016
